  14. 2 cm jahe geprek
  15. 1/2 sdt garam
  16. 1 sdt penyedap
  17. 1/2 sdm bawang putih goreng

Langkah-langkah membuat Bakmi:
  1. Siapkan bahan2nya
  2. Kaldu : Didihkan air masukan ayam jahe..Dan bawang putih. Kecilkan api..biarkan Rebus minimal 30 menit..Saya 1 jam..karna sdh buat duluan dari pagi 😁
  3. Panaskan wajan..tambahkan minyak..tumis bawang sampai harum Dan Kuning agak kecoklatan. Angkat bawang masukan di piring yg agak besar. Masukan daging ke wajan bekas tumis bawang.tumis sampai wangi. Tambahkan kecap manis Dan Asin..tumis sebentar biar wangi kecap nya keluar.
  4. Jika sdh matang dagingnya.. angkat masukan ke piring yg ada bawangnya. Tambahkan 1 sdm minyak goreng, ½ sdt garam. 1sdt penyedap. Aduk rata.
  5. Siapkan panci..Rebus air kira2 2 liter..tunggu sampai benar mendidih..masukan sayuran Rebus sebentar angkat Dan tiriskan.
  6. Kemudian Rebus mie. Masukan ke panci buyarkan dengan sumpit atau garpu..tutup biarkan mendidih sebentar Saja..angkat tiriskan masukan ke adonan daging..Aduk rata.
  7. Untuk kuah..ambil kira2 1 mangkuk kaldu ayam..masukan bakso sapi Dan sayuran.garam..penyedap.rebus sebentar.
  8. Sajikan mie Dan kuah tabur dengan lada bubuk Dan bawang putih goreng jika ada.
  9. Selesai dan siap dihidangkan!
